The day

What you'd actually be doing

One to two homes a day on an assigned route, with a partner or on your own.
Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms — dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and the detail work that gets noticed.
Work from our checklist so every home gets the same quality, every visit.
Keep your lead in the loop on anything that needs attention at a home.

What we ask

What we're looking for

You show up. On time, every scheduled day. This is the whole job.
You notice details — the baseboards, the inside of the microwave, the faucet.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Plainfield meeting point.
Able to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

The process

From application to first route

Four steps, usually inside one week. You'll always know where you stand.

You apply

Nine questions, about three minutes. No resume required.
We call you

A ten-minute conversation within 48 hours of your application.
Paid ride-along

You spend part of a day on a real route with our team, and you get paid for it.
You start

Training, supplies, and your own route. First paycheck the following Friday.
